What products are available to ship?

The Morrison Outdoors Sleeping Bags are available to ship anywhere in the US. Slumberpods are available to ship to Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, South Dakota and in some portions of Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, Idaho, Iowa, and Missouri.  Click here to confirm if your location is available for shipping.

Does shipping cost extra?

NO! The shipping fee is included in the rental amount.

What is the cancellation policy for orders with shipping?

If you cancel your reservation 8 or more days before the rental begins: You will receive a refund, minus a $5 credit card processing fee to the original payment method.

If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the rental begins: Your reservation is nonrefundable.

What days should I rent it for?

Your item(s) will arrive by 11 PM on the FIRST DAY of your rental and you need to mail it back on the last day of your rental. In most cases, this means your reservation should should start at least one day prior to your trip departure and your reservation should end one day after you return. 

*You should add days if you want to have it early to pack for your trip or if you want extra time before you ship it back at the end of your rental.

  • Example 1: If you are traveling Friday – Sunday, you should reserve it for Thursday - Monday. Your item will arrive by 11 PM on Thursday and you will need to ship it back on Monday.
  • Example 2: If you are traveling Friday – Sunday, but you want to have the item to pack during the day on Thursday, you should reserve it for Wednesday – Monday. Your item will arrive by 11 PM on Wednesday and you will need to ship it back on Monday.
  • Example 3: If you are traveling Friday – Sunday, but you know your week is going to be busy and you won’t be able to ship it back until the following Wednesday, you should select Thursday – Wednesday. You will receive the item by 11 PM on Thursday and you will need to ship it back on Wednesday.

How do I see the total price for the rental items?

The website lists the starting price of the products available to ship. To see the total price for your rental, select the dates for your trip and then add to the cart. The total price for your rental will be viewable in the cart.

What company do you use to ship?

I use either USPS or UPS to ship the products.

When will my product arrive?

It will arrive no later than 11 PM on the first day of your rental but it is possible you will receive it 1-3 days earlier. I will send you an email with the tracking number once the item ships.

Do I need to ship the item(s) back? When?

Yes, you will need to ship your item(s) back on the last day of your rental*. I will provide a pre-paid return label so you only have to package it up (in its original packaging or the included bag) and drop it off at the nearest USPS* or UPS location before their latest drop-off time. If you drop it off after UPS/USPS's latest drop-off time, it will be considered late and there will be additional fees. 

*USPS is closed on Sundays. If your rental ends on Saturday and it’s being shipped via USPS, you will need to ship it back on Monday.

What if I don’t mail the item(s) back on time?

If you are late mailing the item back, including if you drop it off after UPS/USPS's latest drop-off time on the last day of your rental, you will be charged a late fee that includes the fees for any extra days you keep the item. Alternatively, if I have to purchase a new item to fulfill someone else’s order, you will be charged for the full retail price of that item and you may keep the item.

Do I need to provide my own shipping box/bag to ship the item(s) back?

No! If your items are shipped in a box, please use the same box to send the item(s) back. If your items are shipped in a bag, a second bag will be included for you to use to send the item(s) back.

Can I extend my reservation?

If you would like to extend your reservation, please email me (Patricia@JetsetKids.com) or text me (818-253-1872) as soon as possible. As long as I have availability, this shouldn't be a problem. However, it is possible that I will NOT be able to extend the rental period.

If I am able to extend the rental date, you will be charged for the additional day(s). If I'm not able to extend the rental and you don't return the item(s) on the date that your reservation ends, there are additional fees, which are outlined in the terms and conditions.

If I return my item(s) early, will I receive a refund?

No. Once an item ships or a rental begins, there are no refunds or partial refunds.

Can you guarantee the color of the Morrison Outdoors Sleeping Bag I will receive?

I will try to honor any specific color requests but they are not guaranteed. I currently offer a mix of Green, Blue, and Red in the various sizes. If you have a specific color request, please email me at Patricia@JetsetKids.com and I can discuss the options for your rental period.

Can you guarantee the color of the Slumberpod that I will receive?

No. You will receive either a black Slumberpod or a navy Slumberpod (which is also blackout).

Can you ship other products on your website? 

At this time, I am ONLY shipping the Slumberpods (to select zip codes) and Morrison Outdoors Sleeping Bags (to all 50 US states). If you rent another item with the intention of having it shipped, your order will be cancelled minus a $5 credit card processing fee. 

What if I lost the prepaid shipping label? 

If you lose your prepaid shipping label, please email me at Patricia@JetsetKids.com or text me at 818-253-1872. I can email you a new copy of the shipping label. 

What if my item(s) are delayed and aren't received on time? 

I will make every attempt to get your items to you by your reservation date. In the event of extreme weather delays, disruptions to UPS/USPS services, family emergencies, or other extreme events your order may be delayed or cancelled. If this is anticipated, I will work with you to try and find a solution. If I can't fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
